.net core 2.0 on Linux

#1

Off topic but taking a chance

A friend of mine want to run .net core 2.0 ( Microsoft Web stuff/environnement) ) on Linux. It seem it can be done.

Does anyone here happen to know what he's talking about, tried it or have any recommendation on the linux version to use to do it ?

Any infos would be appreciated....

I don't know about that, not sure if there's packages for like (like "mono" or something like that?), the best is to:

apse net microsoft

or similar searches

Also, he can try to simply use "wine" to install things that requires .net , this means, installing .exe installers in elive
