it was not a shame but the best decision, as explained in Why Elive 3.0 has old software & drivers , but of course nobody forces anybody to use Elive if is not enough for their needs / requirements
Spectre & Meltdown is a hardware bug that affects every operating system even windows or mac i assume? this doesn't puts Elive in a lower position
most of operating systems has not a fix for that and if we want it on elive, elive must simply have a newer/updated versions, is not hard at all, but there stills another problem: Elive - Beta Download
