I would like to propose a clean, core version of Elive, with wouldn't have any pre-installed software besides the system base and (among others):
- drivers
- software to configure networking and wifi (including: wpa_supplicant, iw, route, resolvconf)
- dhcp client
- kernel enabled drivers for networking, etc.
- gpgv2 (for repository keys management)
- wget for files download
- others with I could forgotten
