Discord server (suggestion)?

Seeing as IRC is extremely outdated in 2020, I was thinking about creating a Discord server that would connect to the IRC, and the IRC connects to the discord server.

I know I'm extremely unclear, so here's what I was thinking:

You may be wondering - what is Discord? It's similar to IRC but much easier, much more modern, and has a much larger user-base.
