I have no idea what "Birobidjan's fag' flag" is, but I am also not sure that the wallpapers above would be a good default choice.
The issue is that the original Azenis wallpapers are not available in larger sizes than 1024 or 1280 pixels width, and I also have no Elive logo larger than 280 pixels.
In other words, one can't make a timely wallpaper in a reasonable amount of time. It would take a complete remake.
The same goes for the Elive Moon and Neon Elive.
This one would work for 4K, but then, this one isn't that attractive.

Blurred version of the default wallpaper:

Even without any installation, you can improve your login screen in just a few minutes.
All you need is a new background image and a text editor of your choice.
Here I just used the blurred version of the default wallpaper and the "neon tunnel view" images.
Installing "lightdm-gtk-greeter-settings" isn't necessary, but would just make it a little more comfortable.
