elive_3.8.16_beta_hybrid_amd64.iso
Installation went well, and I have a beautiful elive system living on my machine. Haven't had much time to play with it yet, but it seems everything works as expected. The sole disappointment is systemd. I know that systemd can be rooted out, but I've never actually done it. Maybe I'll practice doing so in the VM, then consider whether I want to put Elive onto hardware.
Ten years ago, I distro hopped at the drop of a hat. Today, I'm reluctant to change distros until I KNOW things are going to work like I want them.
It sure is beautiful though!!!
