After reboot the first pager shown in the left bottom corner. But I can't "click" on it.
How to up it to middle screen?

It's cairo-dock that is blocking that part of the screen.
If you quit or close cairo-dock you can grab the handle of the pager and drag it to anywhere you want.
Then open the pager, Alt, Ctrl & right click it and go to "remember" and check the position button if you want it to stay there.
After which you can either log in or out again to restart cairo-dock ...... or do it from the menu.
