This application looks extremely interesting and easily added to the Buster repositories.
It might be a nice addition in the sense of privacy consciousness. 
In short it's a multifunctional P2P set to communicate privately.
Any thoughts?

Installs fine on my machine using the following commands from the retroshare website:
wget -qO - http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:retroshare/Debian_10/Release.key | sudo apt-key add -
After an OK
sudo sh -c "echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:/retroshare/Debian_10/ /' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/retroshare.list"
Do "apu" and "api retroshare-gui-unstable" to get:
I suspect you've set the repo to Debian_9.0
