Well, I've been eyeing Gitea. It's community based and completely open source.
So true...but my friend would disagree, I taught him a bunch of Linux commands and then used them in WSL 
He does say he prefers linux over windoze, but he likes M$ Office (because OneNote AND he has unlimited onedrive storage due to a school account) and he plays a few Steam games that don't work with Proton.
