talking generically about the users, im not sure if is a really useful tool to have
so wine works "out of the box" for installing stuff (if they works), but playonlinux seems to be a little delicate trying to make things work 
at least from the few things i tried
but if it really install things good, then should be kept... but seems a bit abandoned project isn't ? (thinking about the wanting to use specific old versions of wine to run things)

There is a forum thread on elder scrolls online forums for getting the game to run on Linux using proton & wine. I would like to test this with elive when I get home next week.
