OK, but are you sure you're not confusing Buster with Bullseye .... after all 3.8.43 is also Bullseye. And those PS4 drivers are 4 years old after all. 
If it's Buster you're looking for: It'll be harder. The .iso files of those versions are lost, alas.
The only Buster based Elive I could offer would be a .VDI (a VirtualBox install) which is rather large download i.e 12Gb.
Those Vbox versions can be re-made into a normal disk install but will require some fiddling:
