Some issues with quoting on forum

Hi.

This specific forum thread:

There are two attempts to quote for specific answering, but the forum doesn't seem to recognise it as quoted text and omit formatting it.

Or is there some thing I do wrong here ?

You just (mouse)select what you want to quote and it'll offer a "quote" or "edit" option.
