This isn’t a big deal, but when windows are minimised using ctrl+alt+i in beta a red outline/boarder of the window remains. Like I said it’s not causing any functional issues, just cosmetic.
I'm trying to replicate (with composite dis/enabled) but it doesn't happen to me E16.
Might be a very machine specific thingy. 
Knowing me yes. I’ll post a screenshot when I get a spare five minutes.
this is an old bug, but just in case someone has this problem:
- apug (upgrade your system)
- select the option "restart desktop configurations" from the menu, it will crash your desktop into a new desktop settings, it should be fixed now
title renamed to include the E16 keyword
