just Installed Elive how to update please
and also my Nvidea drivers
is there a manual ? (duplicated question in Is there a manual of Elive?)
You can try updating Elive by running elive-upgrader.
Keep in mind this is run every boot (@Thanatermesis can you clarify?)
As for the NVidia drivers, they should be updated in the latest kernel. Which one are you on—5.x or 4.19?
After that you "apug" without the quotes in terminal and enter your password when it requests for it. I believe apug is Elive shorthand for -apt-get upgrade.

You are running Stable and it's clearly already up to date as far as it goes, i.e no need to upgrade in any way.
Stable itself (as well as the kernel it runs) is fairly old so it wont run nvidia drivers for newer hardware very well.
If you want to have newer drivers you'll need to try one of the Beta versions available, depending on your hardware.
OTH your screeshot resolution looks fine, so why change it? 
Might be the prtscn problem? It affects other programs when trying to save a file if the resolution is normal size. For example if you type a document in LibreOffice and try to save it the entry box for typing the file name is beyond the upper border of the screen so you cannot see what you are saving. These programs only fit on the screen if you make the screen resolution smaller at install for example I chose 1.2 rather than 1.5 , the Enlightenment info words become smaller and harder to read( you need to squint) but the rest of the programs are un affected and now their windows fit on the screen except for PrntScr
This is Stable with E17 NOT E24.
As for the squinting to be able to read the text:
Just enlarge the font in "settings panel", "look", "fonts" and choose a font to your liking and set it to big/very big/huge, which ever suits you the most.
